At Zinfinitum, every item is created with care and original artwork. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including custom or limited edition products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
